Sorry it has been so long but I do have an update.
I met with a nutritionist last week to discuss what I should and should not be eating. Based on the lab tests she says I need to stop eating so much protein and actually eat more carbs in my diet, even though those are what raise my bg level. She said I have been doing extremely well keeping my bg in control though which is a good thing. She recommended around 200-250 carbs per day, big change from the maybe 50-100 I am eating right now.
And I also wanted to rant about when I was home last, and how much I really miss it. I got to have lunch and dinner with Julie and I really miss that, even though it was just at the break room in M&T Bank. Sometimes I wish I would have stayed at the bank and not gone to school... but supposidly this is better for my future =/.
